Review rules

1. 1. Only review a home you lived in

   You must have a real tenancy. We check proof before anything is published.

2. 2. Be honest and fair

   Describe your own experience. No exaggeration, and nothing you know to be untrue.

3. 3. No personal details

   Don't name landlords, agents, neighbours or other tenants, and don't share contact details.

4. 4. No abuse or discrimination

   Reviews with threats, hate or harassment are removed.

5. 5. Nobody can pay for a better rating

   Landlords can reply, but can't edit or remove reviews.

6. 6. One review per tenancy

   If you rented the same home twice, you can review each tenancy.
